Return / Refund Policy

At Poster Kings, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. We understand that sometimes, a return may be necessary. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the circumstances under which we accept returns.

Cancelations

Should you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 3 hours of the order being placed. Following this time period, the order will be in production and can not be stopped. There are no exceptions. You will be required to return the item to us following the below return policy.

1. Incorrect Item: If the item you received is not the one you ordered, we apologise for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer support team at customerservice@posterkings.co.uk within 25 days of receiving the item to initiate a return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to return the item to.

2. Damaged Product: We take great care in packaging and shipping our products, but sometimes accidents happen during transit. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at customerservice@posterkings.co.uk with a description and photographs of the damage. We will assess the issue and make it right.

3. Late Arrival/ Non-Delivery: If your order has not arrived and it has been over 40 days since you placed the order please reach out to us at customerservice@posterkings.co.uk we will investigate the issue and arrange for a free reshipment. If an item has not arrived with 40 days you will be eligible to return the item for a full refund.  

4.Not Happy with your purchase (Posters Only): If you are not completely happy with your order we offer a 25 day returns policy, please email us at customerservice@posterkings.co.uk and we will inform you of how to ship back your order and arrange a refund. Currently we do not offer refunds for home decor items over 2kg unless the item received is the incorrect item, damaged, or not delivered within 40 days.

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at customerservice@posterkings.co.uk will guide you through the return process . Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Discount Codes Policy: Discount codes must be applied at the time of checkout. Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, we are unable to apply any discount codes retroactively. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and transparency for all customers.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
